                              RESOLUTION NO. 21551
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
                 GRANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TENNESSEE
                 DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND CONSERVATION AND
                 HAMILTON COUNTY AND THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA,
                 RELATIVE TO FUNDING OF THE COOLIDGE PARK
                 SECTION OF THE RIVERWALK.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute a Grant Agreement between the Tennessee Department of
       Environment and Conservation and Hamilton County and the City of
       Chattanooga, relative to funding of the Coolidge Park section of
       the Riverwalk.
